What is the Job Preparation Program?
The Job Preparation Program is designed to meet the vocational needs of adults with disabilities who are seeking competitive employment and includes both employment oriented classroom activities and a work experience component. 
How long is the program?
Job Preparation is a 10 month program with the possibility of extension if the student has nearly completed the graduation requirements.

Students pay an application fee to Kwantlen, plus a moderate tuition fee. In some cases, various government ministries may pay a portion of these costs.
Where is Job Preparation offered?
Job Preparation programs are offered on the Langley, Richmond and Surrey campuses.
What are the program entrance requirements?
- Adult (18 or older)
- Have a disability
- Have completed at least one independent work experience
- Have demonstrated ability to work independently (unsupervised) for shifts of 4 or more hours at least 3 times per week
- Travel indepdently
