Welcome
The Business Management Department offers a variety of management courses with the prefix "BUSI" for its own dedicated programs, as well as on a service basis to other departments in the School of Business and across Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Business Management faculty also teach a number of course offerings in the BBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership (BBA-EL) program.
Programs
The Business Management Department is responsible for managing the Business Management Certificate and the Business Management Diploma credentials.

The Business Management Diploma program's goal is to prepare students for entry-level management positions in both private and public sector organizations. Successful completion of the Business Management Diploma also bridges students into Kwantlen's Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree program.
Strategic Initiatives — Working to Build Better Business Programs
The Business Management Department is currently working on a number of strategic initiatives to make our program offerings better suited to the needs of students and better prepare them for success upon leaving Kwantlen.
