Provide the following Information on the ePrint form (Print/Copy/Scan):
- Shipping Details (in addition to where you want it shipped);
"Staff Job Invoice Required"
- Job Type - select "personal staff job" from the drop menu.
- Job Name - "Staff Job"
- # of copies and # of originals = 1 x 1 (this way the form can be submitted but no reporting of costs is done to your department.
- Provide all your specific details in the "Other Instructions" area
- Attach any files and "Submit"
