Larry is an instructor in the Automotive Service Technician program. Larry started his apprenticeship in 1978 and recieved his Red seal in 1981. He worked in industry for 12 years and has been with Kwantlen Polytechnic University for the past 18 years. Larry is an active participant on the racing car circuit.
Barry has been with the Kwantlen Polytechnic University for the past 6 years. He is a journeyperson who served his apprenticeship at a ford dealership. During his time in the industry he has served as a General Motors service manager, ford technician as well as, a Chrysler technician, trainer and owned his own mechanical and body repair shop for 10 years. During this time he has repaired all makes and models of North American, Asian and European vehicles.
Gerard has been with Kwantlen Polytechnic University since 1996. He is Chair of the Automotive programs (Automotive Service Technician, Parts and Warehousing, Logistics) and is a qualified Automotive Technician Journeyperson / Instructor in both British Columbia and Europe. Serving his Apprenticeship in Europe, his last position was Transport / Equipment / Fleet Director for one of the largest Construction Companies in the United Kingdom / Ireland. Gerard has numerous qualifications in all areas of the Automotive Industry. Gerard also works in the community volunteering his time mentoring those who wish to enter the Automotive Industry.
